Some add-on software (plugins, toolbars, and security programs) can alter a web browser’s ability to display and interact with websites, for example not loading the website correctly or causing a time out issue.  Resetting a web browser can many times fix problems viewing a web page correctly.

To reset Internet Explorer, go to the Tools Menu at the top of your Internet Explorer window.  On the Tools Menu, click Internet Options.

When Internet Options opens, click the Advanced Tab at the top of the box.  Towards the bottom, click the button for Reset.

Make sure to check the box for Delete Personal Settings is checked, then click the Reset button.

When it is done, make sure to close Internet Explorer then re-open it to try again.
