Some add-on software (plugins, toolbars, and security programs) can alter a web browser’s ability to display and interact with websites, for example not loading the website correctly or causing a time out issue. Resetting a web browser can many times fix problems viewing a web page correctly.
Click the Google Menu in the upper right corner, then click Settings.
When Settings opens, use the Search box in the upper right for “Reset”.
The search results will give you a button for Reset Settings or Reset Browser Settings depending on the version you have. Click the button to reset the browser.
Close Chrome, reopen it and give it another try.
