To reset your Citrix Workspace or to add the new cloud URL, please follow these instructions.
In the upper right corner, click on the circle with your initials and click on Accounts
You will; then be presented with an add or remove accounts windows, press the remove button to remove the old URL, this will force workspace to allow you to enter the new cloud based URL, and then press OK to complete this action.
Now either it will automatic load the next window for you to enter the citrix URL or if already using the cloud version, you will click on Set up Account
Press the Add button if prompted, if updating to the new URL, it will present the next window
Enter the new cloud based URL for citrix in the box https://parkuniv.cloud.com/ and press the add button
Then you will be prompted to sign in using your ParkID@park.edu username and Park password
Once your credentials are entered correctly, you will be prompted for Multi Factor Authentication to enter a code sent to your phone using Microsoft authenticator. If you set up multi-factor authentication using your phone, click on "I cant use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" (If you do not receive a prompt for a code you can check your MFA settings at myaccount.microsoft.com then by clicking the security info option. From here, You will be presented to the citrix workspace web browser application. You can then click on your student lab, persistent desktop for staff, or temporary desktop under Desktops on the left hand plane:
This now resets your Citrix Workspace URL, many times resolving issues you may have in opening Citrix Windows & Apps, or updating to the new cloud based URL
