This procedure explains how to enter a new faculty record into the CX system to produce an ID number. The instructions apply to establishing both adjunct and full-time faculty records. Full-time records are the responsibility of the College Deans’ Office (Deans’ Executive Assistants). Adjunct records are established and maintained by various personnel, depending on the location of the teaching assignment. The adjunct CX record allows the instructor to be evaluated through academic program leadership and is not provided to the department until the instructor file is complete.
