There is an issue in Chrome where the Microsoft sign on continually loads on the my.park.edu site.

There are a few different work arounds that you can use to get past this if your page is auto refreshing in a continual loop.

1. You should be able to click the "X" (stop) button on the Chrome toolbar to stop the loading, and then click on the Login button.

You can find the X by looking to the left of your URL bar in your browser window.  (this is the location where the web address is typed)

When the page is refreshing, the button may appear as an X, or  may appear as the circular arrow, indicating that it is the refresh button.  Pressing this when you see the X should stop the auto refresh cycle.

2. If that does not work, you can also try opening an Incognito window and navigating to my.park.edu. I have not seen the issue in an Incognito window.

To open an incognito window in Chrome, Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of your browser window, and select the option for New Incognito Window

3. Alternatively, the issue appears to be isolated to Google Chrome browser, so you may be able to use a web browser like Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
