Go to the Tools Menu at the top of your Internet Explorer window.  On the Tools Menu, click Internet Options.

When Internet Options opens, click the button that says Delete under “Browser History” under the General Tab.

When the new box opens, make sure there are check marks next to “Temporary Internet Files”, “Cookies”, and “History”.  Now click the Delete button.

A box will appear saying it is deleting files, let it continue until it disappears.  This will take you back to the Internet Options box again.  Click the Privacy tab at the top, then make sure the slider for Internet Zone is set to accept all cookies.

Click the OK button at the bottom, then close Internet Explorer.  Open Internet Explorer again and give it another try.

If you are still experiencing trouble with Internet Explorer, you may want to Reset the browser.  Click here for instructions on resetting Internet Explorer.
